Immunochip content and QC information is now available for this custom genotype platform targeting human autoimmune disease.
A curated table of Human T1D susceptibility regions is available here, with links to supporting publications and downloadable content.
The T1DGC GWAS/meta-analysis summary results from Barrett et al. have been integrated with T1DBase.

The Mouse Strain Search tool has had an update including data curation and improved functionality.
Mouse orthologous regions have been added to T1DBase for all Human T1D associated regions.
New region pages have been designed for Idd18.1 and Idd18.3 to supplement the new VAV3 manuscript.
