How to Submit Data
|
This resource will be as useful to the community as the data available in it,
so your assistance in helping us build this resource is greatly appreciated!
Contribute Data!
Our team is ready to work with you to determine the best way to submit your
experiment data. This may be by helping you submit it to an existing repository
that we use (e.g., NCBI's databases), by reformatting your data for you to host
yourself (e.g., with a Distributed Annotation System server), or by entering
your data into our own local databases here at T1DBase. Your
concerns about control over your data are of the utmost importance to us, and
this will always be respected. This is a resource by the community for the
community, and we are ready to listen to your ideas for how the data
presentation can be improved.
Become a T1DBase Curator!
We are constantly working to ensure that the data on T1DBase is accurate and up
to date. We want the type 1 diabetes community to be able to evaluate and
contribute to T1DBase easily. All users may update or contribute new
association studies on genes and candidate regions. T1DBase Curators are
registered T1DBase users who may contribute changes to the website without the
need for their changes to be approved by T1DBase staff. This means that changes
made by T1DBase Curators are available immediately. If you would like to become
a T1DBase Curator, please
