T1DBase Regions

Type 1 Diabetes susceptibility regions are manually curated and added to T1DBase. Information from many different studies are sourced, and the regions are constantly updated. Data for the current human type 1 susceptibility loci can be seen on the Human T1D Regions page (available via the Tools menu).

Regions can be searched for by their name (e.g. 1p13.2) by entering your search term in the box at the top right of every page.
